If we could give Charlie more than 5 stars for how exceptional he is we would. When we met Charlie we were working with another real estate agent who just kept wasting our time. We were frustrated and the dream of owning our 1st home seemed to get further and further away from us. I truly believe Charlie was God sent. He took the time to educate us when we had questions and was respectful and behaved like a true gentleman when my husband and I wanted to discuss things in private. When we found the house we wanted Charlie worked hard in the negotiation process and on the day of closing Charlie was still there until we got the keys to our 1st home. With tears in my eyes I gave him a hug and Thank him for keeping his promise and making our dreams of owning our home a reality.
