Got me a great deal on our dream home. Was there every step of the way from beginning To end. Easy to get in touch with and will answer any questions. When we met Charlie we were working with another real estate agent who just kept wasting our time. We were frustrated and the dream of owning our 1st home seemed to get further and further away from us. I truly believe Charlie was God sent. I remember the 1st phone conversation I had with Charlie I had expressed how frustrated I was with the real estate agent we were working with and Charlie made me a promise that if I gave him a chance and we were ready to buy he would make it happen. Hesitant I agreed and I am so glad that I did. Charlie from the beginning listen to our must haves, he was professional and patient. He took the time to educate us when we had questions and was respectful and behaved like a true gentleman when my husband and I wanted to discuss things in private. When we found the house we wanted Charlie worked hard in the negotiation process and on the day of closing Charlie was still there until we got the keys to our 1st home. With tears in my eyes I gave him a hug and Thank him for keeping his promise and making our dreams of owning our home a reality.
